Gracious Care Village has been thoughtfully designed to provide a therapeutic, warm, and welcoming home-like environment with optimum safety and security. Our memory care allows a person experiencing memory loss to maintain a level of independence. All residents will have the safety and security of 24-hour support staff and an activities program designed to promote and maintain a lifestyle that includes fun and companionship as well as supervision, guidance, respect, dignity, independence, and choice all while still being an affordable option for individuals and their families.

Here at Gracious Care Village, we believe in forming long-term relationships with residents and families by building strong communities. We consider our work and the community we build as a ministry of service to others. As a resident, you will be known and loved. As a family member or loved one, you will be involved in your loved one’s care and become a valuable member of the Gracious Care Village community. We want our residents to feel like they belong, that they matter as individuals and that their community is responsive to their needs.

We provide a variety of senior living services through assisted living and memory care.

Toni Jones
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Toni grew up in Elkton, KY where the newly designed and developed Gracious Care Village is located. She has nearly two decades of caregiving experience, most recently as the Director of an Assisted Living Community in Russellville, KY for the last five years where she oversaw all aspects of the facility along with health and supportive services to residents, family members, and caregivers. Prior to this, she gained valuable experience at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Elkton, KY where she served for thirteen years as the Activities Director while continuing her education to become a nurse’s assistant.

With nearly two decades of experience, Toni’s character is what makes residents, families, and staff love working with her. She brings sunshine and joy into everyone’s lives around her. When she enters a room, you’re always guaranteed a smile and a laugh. Toni enters every day with positivity and a goal to do better than the day before.

 Toni’s approach to geriatric care is friendship, a comprehensive and uplifting approach grounded in the understanding that relationships are supremely important in all care. Using the essential elements of friendship, respect, support, trust, empathy, and humor as building blocks to build individualized care plans for each person in her care. This care is easy for staff to embrace and has proven both effective and replicable.

On a personal note Toni loves spending time with her family and friends, she enjoys camping, riding 4-wheelers, and enjoying this amazing life.
